AC Report Comments
As part of the new AC Summary Report download feature, we have included the additional feature to add a general comment to the AC Summary Report on a per student basis. Adding a comment is as easy as adding a note.
- Navigate to the Students module
- Click View to the right of a Students name
- In the Students detail page click Notes
- Click Add Note
- Enter the Date of the comment and the Text. To Include a note as a comment in the AC Summary Report be sure to Tick the box next to Include in AC Summary
- Be sure to save the Note by clicking Save Note
Note: The Date you give the Note directly affects which AC Summary Report it appears on. For example, if you generate an AC Summary Report for Term 1 then all the AC Comments that fall within the dates of Term 1 will be included in the AC Summary Report.
