Cloud Agent Install
Important: before proceeding and, if applicable, please make sure your EDSAS data manager has updated the links in EDLINK. Every time EDSAS receives an update, EDLINK needs to have the tables relinked in order for everything to work properly. Fore more information, speak to your EDSAS manager or IT technician on-site.

- Log in to an Admin Workstation using the Manager credentials (this should be the manager of the Admin network, not the EDSAS manager)
- Open a web browser and log into Scorelink with your Admin User Account (email + password). Once Scorelink is open, open a new browser tab download the latest version of Scorelink Agent from this address: https://login.scorelink.com.au/agent
- Save the Agent file to the Y:\Scorelink folder on your computer
- Extract the Scorelink Agent by right clicking the zipped Agent file and selecting “Extract All…”
- You will be prompted to Extract the folder, make sure the file path says Y:\Scorelink
- Click Extract
- Once extracted a window will appear with the unzipped files. Double click Agent.exe
- For first time use you will be prompted to run through the setup: click Yes
- To target EDLINK click the “…” button and browse for K:\EDLINK\EDLINK2015.mdb, clicking OK once found
- You will be returned to the setup window with the correct target of K:\EDLINK\EDLINK2015.mdb
- Your Account ID will be provided by the Scorelink team, please double check the ID after entering to make sure it’s correct. Tip: ID’s will always start with the letters “ST”
- Once you are sure the ID and Target are correct click Save
- You are now ready to export the data: click Export Data
- You will be prompted to save the export file to a location. For simplicity, navigate to your Desktop and save it there
- Once the export file is saved you can exit the Agent
Import data into Scorelink
- Open Scorelink and navigate to Tools then Import
- Click Select file and navigate to your agent file you saved earlier
- Click Next and follow through the prompts to upload your data
- During the upload process please ensure you leave your browser window open. Once the progress bar is at 100% you can safely close down your browser.
