Exporting student results to Excel

The DataGrid allows you to see a snapshot of all your students in your class or year level. The DataGrid displays the latest score for each individual test; benchmarked for each individual student. This data grid can also be exported to Excel for further data analysis

1. Click on the classes, year levels or subject button on the top menu depending on how you wish to view your data

1. Click the view button to the right of the required group
2. Once the class or group has loaded click on the data grid tab

1. This will take you to the Data Grid that displays the latest score for each individual test for all students in the group
2. Click the export to excel button to export the current data to a spreadsheet including benchmark colour coding
