Importing student photos
Student photos are typically taken annually of all students and staff, and are usually given to a school on a CD with correct formatting for EDSAS. These photos can be imported into Scorelink to display a photo as a part of a student’s Scorelink profile.
Did you know that if a student is missing from your photos you can photograph them yourself and upload the photo into Scorelink the same way: just make sure the photo is the correct size and format and is named correctly.
- Click on the Tools button on the top menu (spanner/screwdriver)
- Click on the Imports item in the left panel
- Select the Student Images tab
- Click on Select Files and select the images you wish to upload. You can select multiple files by holding CTRL or select all by clicking CTRL+A. Once you have selected the images click Open
- Click the Validate button to start uploading the files; results will start to appear as they upload
- If any warnings are displayed you can choose what to do: either Import anyway or Skip these files
- Once all images have been validated click Next and then Save to save the student photos into Scorelink
