Troubleshooting issues with Scorelink data not matching up with EDSAS
Scorelink is designed to automatically stay up-to-date with your student information stored in EDSAS. Occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances such as an EDSAS update or some local configuration changes at your school, the system to communicate with EDSAS may have been adversely corrupted. To troubleshoot this issue please follow the two user guides in the order below, which will confirm EDLINK has been re-linked since the last EDSAS update and will also manually update the Extractor.
